Having more than five decades of experience in the field of HVAC, he has been the motivating force of the company. Mr. Gupta is Masters in Thermal Science from I.I.T – ROORKEE in 1971 where he bagged the “Khosla National Award”, making him the first student recipient of this prestigious honor. He brings with him 20 years of experience in teaching thermal engineering subjects in reputed engineering college. He also co-authored book; “Fuels & Combustion” published by Tata Mc Grawhill in 1984. Later, being appointed as an Executive Director in an IndoFrench Company, he worked on various key projects & was instrumental in collaboration with french companies to bring latest technologies in India.

He had been involved in spreading awareness on innovative products like thermal energy storage throughout the country & providing guidance for designing & system selection to all the major designers and consultants across India.

Mr. Nishant Gupta represents the young face of the company. He joined the business on completing his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Bhopal University & post graduation from IMS, Indore. His career spans over almost a period of two decades dedicated in the field of HVAC with hands-on experience of handling corporate clients, guiding the design & sales team, strategic planning & overviewing the company operations. He has been actively involved in designing many prestigious projects including business parks, hospitals, commercial complexes and many other institutional & industrial projects. His thirst to keep abreast on latest technologies and successfully implementing them in projects & products remains unmatched in the industry making him a go-getter & an achiever in the true sense. His amiable leadership skills result in developing a long lasting relationship, not only with the in-house team, but also with the associate Clients, Architects, Contractors etc. He is always open to new developments & thrives to achieve excellence in everything he does.

Ms Priyanka Gupta completed her graduation in Mechanical engineering from MS University, Vadodara and is actively involved in resource management & Office administration since 2005. Despite being an efficient team member, willing to lead or follow, she has been committed, self motivated & proficient at quickly learning new procedures to broaden her horizon.

Her greatest strength lies in her ability to understand and manage the integration of various departments including finance to create a thriving organization.

Her chief activities include creating growth plans, maintaining operating budgets, ensuring adequate cash flow and monitoring financial activities, among many others. Her insight & inputs in the use of social interaction platforms to actively involve customers in product promotion, development and enhancement has been instrumental for the digital presence of the company.

She has been an active member of Indian Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE) since 2009.
