Design & In-house engineering Division takes care of customised design requirements of customers . Consultancy scope includes providing HVAC designs right from understanding customers needs & requirements, coordination with other utility service providers, preparation of work specifications & BOQ, tender drawings, selection of optimum equipments, award of contract & supervision of the system. Under In house engineering, the firm works on behalf of the client as inhouse engineering team which includes all the above listed scope but including the detailing & supervision even upto execution level. The work under such circumstances is awarded to various labour contractor & suppliers in place of a turnkey contractor, thereby providing value engineering & flexibility of project execution and saving margin money.

Project division looks after design built contract for any HVAC utility requirement. We provide entire range of central air conditioning systems starting from 5.5 TR ductable package units to any required capacity of liquid chillers, with various compressor options from hermatic, semihermatic, scroll, screw, reciprocating, Vapour Absorption, & centrifugal types to suit various requirements. Our project team is professionally trained for carrying out their respective duties under the guidance of the Project Manager. Their efficiency is measured & upgraded on regular basis, which helps polishing their skills for all kinds of challenging requirements of various projects.
