Undertake heat load calculations and analysis to prepare Design basis reports so as to conclude on the end goal and conclude the direction of future actions.

To calculate detailed equipment capacities using computerised softwares based on clients URS / inputs of end user / allied team members.

To calculate necessary AHU Summary, Zoning Layout, space planning and related drawings for providing integrated approach to the project.
On primary approval of basic scheme, prepare detailed bill of material, procurement specifications and cutout drawings.
Evaluating project estimates based on internal cost analysis and project specifications.
To connect with various vendors, clarify their technical doubts and specifications so as to obtain their techno commercial offer.
Assist clients purchase team (if needed) by recommending suppliers as and when required and provide unified comparative statement of major items for having equal basis for comparison of various equipments / items for direct ordering by end user.
Assist in analysing the specifications & quality of the supplier’s technical offers.
Assist in analysing the commercial offers.
Coordinate with various team members & to provide necessary assistance in finalising other utilities.
Deploy full time site supervision resources to manage, coordinate and execute the work as per the design intent and quality standards.
Provide necessary support during entire execution of work including detailed execution drawings and sections.
Assist in final testing, air balancing and commissioning of the system by providing technical guidance.

Final as built HVAC Drawings and related documentation on completion of work.
